6Bonuses & Promotions

Each bonus comes with its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits and minimum odds restrictions. The following general bonus rules apply across all promotions on bet pro app:

• Bonuses can only be claimed by the account holder they are issued to. Bonuses are non-transferable.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated time limit. Uncompleted requirements will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from the account.

7Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on bet pro app — including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, esports and all other available markets — are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and market. Market-specific rules are accessible from within the betting interface.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after placement except where a cash-out option is available and used before the relevant event concludes.
• In the event of a sporting event being postponed, cancelled or abandoned, bets will be settled according to the relevant sport's rules as applied by bet pro app's trading team.
• Bet pro app reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds, whether caused by a technical error, data feed failure or human error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account.
• Maximum stake and maximum win limits apply per bet and per event. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• Live betting markets are subject to suspension at any time during an event. A bet is only accepted once a confirmation is received on screen.
• Systematic exploitation of live betting delays or data latency is considered a form of abuse and may result in account review.

For cricket specifically — including PSL matches, bilateral T20 series and international tournaments — all standard cricket betting rules apply as documented in the sports rules section of the platform. If a match is shortened due to weather or any other reason, settlement will follow Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method outcomes where applicable.

8VIP Programme

The bet pro app VIP programme consists of five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Loyalty points are earned automatically on qualifying wagers placed across sports betting, casino games, live casino and bingo. There is no enrolment required — every registered account is automatically enrolled in the Bronze tier from the point of first qualifying wager.

• VIP cashback is calculated weekly and credited to your account as withdrawable PKR balance.

9Prohibited Conduct
